Resourcing4HR is an independently run boutique HR Recruitment Consultancy set up in May 2010. The business supports HR professionals at all levels, specialisms and across all industries, by sharing our knowledge and expertise from within the HR arena. As a business we pride ourselves on supporting HR Communities across Northern and Southern Home Counties, London and on a National basis as required.
In 2019 due to demand from existing clients and a gap in the market Resourcing4Marketing was created.

Annabel Green
In May 2011, Annabel courageously embarked on a new journey by establishing Resourcing4HR. With prior experience in HR and Financial recruitment at a national corporate agency, she sought to create a candidate-centric brand grounded in strong values of fostering relationships and long-term partnerships with clients.
Her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service prioritises the needs of both candidates and clients alike. Annabel never looks back on her decision, as the boutique and specialised services provided by her and her team have shaped Resourcing4HR into the thriving enterprise it is today. This tried and tested model has garnered a solid reputation within the HR community, thanks to our extensive networking relationships.
Although it’s rare for recruiters to take time off (if they ever do!), Annabel finds moments to step away from running the business and collaborating with our clients. During these respites, she cherishes quality time with her three adult children. An avid enthusiast of holidays, particularly skiing trips, she also adores her faithful companion Bentley, her beloved family dog. With her busy schedule, there’s little time left in the week, but she manages to indulge in dining out and regularly socialises with her husband Andy and their friends.
Karen Dyson
With a career background in financial services, Karen’s track record includes leading an Inhouse Recruitment and Resourcing team for 8 years, where she prioritised sourcing candidates who aligned with the customer brand and organisational culture. In 2013, Karen made the transition from in-house to agency by joining Resourcing4HR. Since then, she has diligently built strong and enduring relationships with both clients and candidates, operating with honesty, integrity, and a partnership mindset.
Outside of work, Karen lives on the edge of the stunning Ashridge estate with her husband and her beloved black cat, Loki. She treasures the quality time spent with her almost grown-up children on weekends, relishing in their company. Life’s obsessions definitely include a beach holiday, watching the latest movies and TV series, and immersing herself in the pages of a captivating fantasy novel.
